I'm going to help my friend Camille with her Walala stall at the Hewlett Street Block Party hosted by Protein this coming Saturday; Showcasing the best design, food, music and art coming out of East London right now.
To coincide with this year's London Design Festival as well as Protein's 15th Birthday,
it is set to be a bonafide fun time extravaganza, with all profits from the day being donated to London-based children's charity Hackney Pirates so they can continue their inspiring and innovative education projects.
With the upcoming plans to demolish the block between Hewett Street and Hearn Street, it will may well be the last Block Party the street will see.
